CLIENT'S SITUATION
The client suffered a loss at its hydropower plant in Uttrakhand. It wanted hand-holding during the entire claim proceedings - from handling the surveyor at the site to review of documents to be submitted to the surveyor and guiding it till the time claim is settled.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
We helped our client by visiting its project site to handle the Surveyors, guided them in all the documentation, reviewed these documents before submission to the surveyor, helped them in compiling fixed assets register and helped them in claim bills. We successfully reduced the claims processing time from 6 to 3 months.
