CLIENT'S SITUATION
The client found it difficult and challenging to provide proper justification of loss and fulfill the requirements of the surveyor on grounds of “GOODS HELD IN TRUST”
The claim was rejected by the Surveyor & even by the insurers (PSU) on account of non-justification of loss and non-submission of required documents. The client was unable to convince the Surveyor of his requirements.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
Paper Manufacturing - Job Work
We took over the entire case from the client and provided not only valid justifications but also helped the client in the submission of all the papers to the satisfaction of the Surveyor (one of the most reputed and experienced Surveyor in the industry).
The claim was admitted and settled by the Surveyor after we took over.
