We intervened in the case and represented our client before the insurance company. Using our technical expertise and experience of insurance clauses, we noted that several items were not allowed by the Surveyor in his assessment of loss.

 

We got the Surveyor to add these items in his loss calculation.

 

Our expertise on add-on clauses and calculation of adequacy of sum insured helped the client in successfully getting the assessment revised and increased to Rs. 70 Lakh resulting in direct benefit of Rs. 18 Lakh to the client.
